The Hope for Children Act
The Hope for Children Act (H.R. 531/S.341) is legislation
introduced by Representative Tom Bliley (R-VA) and Senator Larry
Craig (R-ID) to increase the adoption tax credit to $10,000 for
all adoptions. Its outcome depends much on the degree of public
